Here at Dorrigo Support Centre, we work hand-in-hand with a number of different óutreach services'. Most of these services run from our office every so often. These services are as follows;

 

Mid Coast Communities

Mid-Coast Communities Mid Coast Communities vision is to build strong communities. We do this through delivering a range of sector and community development projects, client programs, professional services and by working towards a just society for all.

Celtic Coastal Hearing Services

Celtic Coastal Hearing Services offer free hearing checks of ALL AGES, every 2nd Monday from the back room, (accesible via verandah), of Hickory House. For further information and enquiries, please contact Catriona on (02) 5617 6653.

Community Transport

Community Transport is another non-profit community based organization that provides a range of transport services for the elderly, people with disAbilities and their carers who have difficulty using Public Transport and who do not have their own transportation. Day Centre

Day Centre is every tuesday starting at 10am at the CWA hall. Join in for morning tea, dominos and Bingo followed by lunch.

Dorrigo Mens Shed

The Mens Sheds is open Tuesdays and Saturdays. Restore and Build, learn new things. This is a Mens only space.

Hickory House Bingo

Bingo is held every Wednesday at Hickory House at 10.30am.

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels provide and deliver nutritious meals, social interaction and a friendly check of the clients well being. Contact Open Arms Care for more information on (02) 6655 0322.

No Interest Loans

No Interest Loan Scheme is a great little organisation run by Bellingen Neighbourhood Centre, that offer people on a Low Income, who have lived in the Bellingen Shire for more than 6 months a 'no interest loan'for a range of different household appliances such as furniture, computers, whitegoods, medical equipment and also car repairs and registration (conditions apply).
